Your safety is our priority. Our nurses are available for scheduled care and on-call clinical guidance within defined hours.

During care appointments, our nurses follow clear escalation protocols, including immediate physician coordination and 911 activation if needed.

In the event of an urgent or life-threatening condition, clients are instructed to call 911 immediately.
